Mad Pops coconut Ice cream is inspired by the local treat Es Puter. When we set out to make an ice cream we knew it was going to be fun but challenging. Not wanting to use any pre-mixes or manufactured powdered base. We formulated our own recipes and constantly adjust them to suit our seasonal produce. Coconuts….The backbone and star of the show is our fresh coconuts. We use them to create our creamy delicious ice cream base, and then build flavours around it.
